Poor planning is a common factor in project delays. For this reason, time and cost analysis method needed which can examine how much deviation occurs the remaining costs to complete project. The purpose of research find out performance, what causes delays, estimated completion. management activities (Cost Management) (Time be This done by using one control methods, namely value concept results (Earned Value). Earned Value (EV) techniques for determining real advantages disadvantages projects provides means balance gains/losses maximize profits. Week 1 week 9 performance saves job fees. However, from 14th 20th experiencing expenditure greater than budget with CPI 0,748 faster. But 13 week, 20 slower an SPI 0,59. result calculation completing Rp. 5.245.556.910 turnaround 41 weeks, showing was 17 weeks late planned 24 weeks.
